MAA elections gets an interesting twist

The Movie Artists Association also known as MAA is an active body that works for the welfare of Telugu artists. So far, the MAA chamber activities were held under the guidance of their president Actor Murali Mohan and Vice-presidents Naga Babu and Manchu Vishnu Vardhan. After a time period of two years [2013-25], Rajendra Prasad and Jayasudha have contested for the presidential elections of MAA chamber.Earlier, Rajendra Prasad was touted to be unanimously elected as the MAA president, but Jayasudha's nomination has added the enough spice.
Actress Lakshmi Manchu has been elected as Vice President of MAA with Tanikella Bharani being Executive vice-president, General secretary: Shivaji Raja and Ali for the post of Secretary for MAA.
New MAA association members are waiting for their new president to take the charge. The MAA presidential elections will be held on March 29.
