'Love Me' gets a new release date, set to hit theaters on May 25 this year

The upcoming release of 'Love Me,' a film featuring Dil Raju’s nephew Ashish Reddy and Vaishnavi Chaitanya in the lead roles, is expected to be yet another fresh take on a horror-romance story. The film is directed by debutant Arun Bhimavarapu.

The makers made the announcement in a cryptic message as per the spooky theme of the film: "#GhostLove alert Get ready to experience love of a new kind at the cinemas #LoveMe—'if'you dare' GRAND RELEASE WORLDWIDE ON MAY 25th, 2024," sparking intrigue among fans.

Accompanying the announcement was a poster depicting Ashish Reddy seated on a couch with a shovel, while Vaishnavi Chaitanya stands beside him, both sporting expressions of uncertainty and raised eyebrows, hinting at the spooky nature of the film's story.

Initially slated for an April 25, 2024, release, the film faced a postponement. However, the wait for audiences is now over as the makers took to their social media platforms to announce the new release date, May 25, 2024.

In March, the makers unveiled a teaser lasting 1 minute and 23 seconds, offering a glimpse into the film's atmosphere and themes. The teaser suggests that the main lead on the idea of falling in love with a ghost is seen near an estranged house.


'Love Me' has a clear path to make its mark at the box office, as no other film is being released around that day. If the word of mouth surrounding the film proves favorable, the film might enjoy a successful run.
