Lavanya Tripathi is all set to act in a bilingual film. Although the details about her latest film are still under wraps, the actress has revealed that she'll be part of a short film on girl child education. She'll soon begin shooting for this short film in Mumbai and it's expected to be ready for release soon. Ashish Naidu, a fashion designer and filmmaker based in Mumbai, is directing this short film titled 10:30.
The story revolves around the life of a young girl, Disha whose life changes when her parents decide to discontinue her education. The film explores the reasons behind why hundreds of girls drop out of schools every year across the country.
