Lakshmi Manchu receives backlash for 'stunt' video

It is Lakshmi Manchu’s birthday today and fans on social media, along with celebs, have showered the ‘W/o Ram’ actress with love.
However, the actress is facing the wrath of trolls too for a video she posted recently on her social media. The video sees a friend of hers carrying her daughter Vidya Nirvana and jumping across an indoor water body. She captioned the video, “My friend #Rahul with #Apple..P.S: DO NOT try this at home! #BirthdayWeekend #RealLifeStunts” (sic)
However, the video seems to have riled up many as her friend almost slipped while carrying the little one.One comment reads, “He almost slipped... which could have resulted in head injury for both of them... stupidty stunts with kids on hands... please dont post such a kind of distrubing stuff. And ofcourse no one even thinks off doing this kind of stupidty in life.!” (sic) Several other comments echo a similar sentiment, with many saying things like, “Dont encourage such foolishness,” (sic) and “Ouch! That was real bad, not with kids in hand next time.” (sic)

Lakshmi Manchu, who celebrates her birthday today has been vacationing in Sri Lanka, along with Rakul Preet and few other close friends. Wishing the actress on her birthday, Rakul Preet posted a pic on her social media and wrote, “Happppy happppy happpy bday to the person who makes everyone around her happy! @lakshmimanchu u deserve nothing but the best!! Fly high ! love u.” (sic)
