Krithi Shetty introduced as Revathi from Naga Chaitanya's Custody

The makers of Naga Chaitanya’s Telugu-Tamil bilingual project Custody by Venkat Prabhu introduced Krithi Shetty’s character on Wednesday.

Sharing a poster of her as Revathi, the makers wrote, “Presenting the Charming and Gorgeous Krithi Shetty as the Revathi from Custody. (sic)” The poster raises curiosity as the actress can be seen either in front of or behind bars. Her look is intense are fans are curious to know more about the role she plays in the film.


Shooting for Custody is progressing at a brisk pace. Naga Chaitanya’s ferocious avatar from the film was unveiled on New Year and was met with good response. Arvind Swami plays the antagonist while Priyamani will be seen in a key role. The film also stars Sarathkumar, Sampath Raj, Premji, Vennela Kishore, Premi Vishwanath among others.

Music maestro Ilaiyaraaja and his son Yuvan Shankar Raja have been roped in for what is touted to be the most expensive film in Naga Chaitanya’s career. Abburi Ravi has penned the dialogues while SR Kathir is handling the cinematography. Custody is slated for a worldwide release on May 12, 2023.

Naga Chaitanya was last seen in his debut Bollywood film, Laal Singh Chaddha, apart from Thank You, which received lukewarm response. Krithi also shared the screen with Naga Chaitanya in Bangarraju and was last seen in The Warriorr, Macherla Niyojakavargam and Aa Ammayi Gurinchi Meeku Cheppali.
