Kousalya Krishnamurthy is the official remake of the 2018 Tamil hit film Kanaa directed by Arunraja Kamaraj. It marks the Telugu debut of Aishwarya Rajesh and Sivakarthikeyan, who has essayed the same in the original version. Aishwarya seems to be basking in the love of numerous Telugu cinema lovers after the film release.
Kousalya Krishnamurthy also features Rajendra Prasad, Karthik Raju, Jhansi, CVL Narasimha Rao, Vennela Kishore, Achanta Mahesh, Vishnu, Shashank and Ravi Prakash. Dhibu Ninan Thomas has composed music for this sports drama while B Andrew handled the cinematography. Kotagiri Venkateswara Rao was in charge of the editing table. KS Rama Rao and KA Vallabha have produced Kousalya Krishnamurthy under the banner of Creative Commercials.
