Actor Vijay Deverakonda and his ‘Kingdom’ co-star Bhagyashri Borse were recently seen at the Tirupati temple, seeking blessings ahead of their film’s release on July 31, 2025. A video from their visit is going viral, showing Vijay in a traditional white mundu and shirt, and Bhagyashri looking graceful in a simple saree. Fans and media gathered around them as they came out of the temple.



This spiritual visit comes soon after news broke that Vijay had been hospitalized due to dengue. Luckily, he recovered quickly and is now busy promoting ‘Kingdom’ with full energy.

Rashmika Mandanna’s sweet message for Vijay Deverakonda

Actress Rashmika Mandanna, who is often linked with Vijay, shared a sweet message for him on social media. She praised his talent and said, “Vijay Deverakonda, I always keep telling you—you are something else! One day I wish I learn my craft so well that I can do even 50% of what you do. You are just…something else.”

About the film

'Kingdom' is an action-packed Telugu film directed by Gowtam Tinnanuri, the filmmaker behind ‘Jersey’ and in the movie, Vijay plays an undercover spy who must choose between his loyalty to his country and his own family, it shows his journey from being a spy to becoming a leader for the people.

Bhagyashri Borse plays the female lead, and actor Satyadev has an important role too and the film also features music by Anirudh Ravichander, marking his first project with Vijay and his second with director Tinnanuri after ‘Jersey’.
