Natural Star
Nani will be next seen in the action thriller 'HIT: Chapter 3', which is set to release on May 1, 2025. Directed by Sailesh Kolanu, this cop thriller is the third installment in the popular 'HIT' franchise and features Nani in an intense avatar as Arjun Sarkaar, a fierce police officer tackling a series of mysterious killings.
Rumours suggest
As per a Pinkvilla report, there are rumors that Tamil superstar
Karthi might make a special cameo appearance in the film. Reports suggest that this cameo could pave the way for Karthi to take over as the lead in 'HIT: Chapter 4', following Vishwak Sen, Adivi Sesh, and Nani as protagonists of the franchise. No official confirmation has been made by the filmmakers whether Karthi will join the 'HIT' universe.
The teaser of 'HIT 3' was released earlier this year, and showed Nani's violent and passionate side, promising high-octane action sequences and a gripping storyline. Srinidhi Shetty plays the female lead in the film.
Upcoming projects
On the other hand, Nani is working on his next ambitious project, 'The Paradise', directed by Srikanth Odela. Set for release on March 26, 2026, this period action-drama explores the struggles of a marginalized tribe fighting for recognition in a system designed to suppress them.
Nani's character is portrayed as a savior for his people. The first glimpse of the film revealed Nani in a rugged and intense look, surrounded by armed men and explosions. His physical transformation for the role has been widely discussed.
During an interview in the Hollywood Report, Nani clarified his earlier comparison of 'The Paradise' to 'Mad Max', explaining, "I said the film is 'Mad Max'. However, somebody wrote that it is a 'Mad Max' kind of film."
Karthi is also working on his upcoming project, 'Sardar 2' which is an upcoming spy thriller.
