Kajal Aggarwal: I want to be part of films like Arjun Reddy and Awe

Kajal Aggarwal, who was recently seen in ‘

Awe

’ is thrilled with the new phase that Telugu cinema is witnessing. She expressed her desire to be part of films like ‘Arjun Reddy’ and ‘Awe’. She is excited about the shift in gender equations in today’s films and feels that new innovative ideas free of gender biasedness are coming up. And these ideas are coming from young directors. Calling them the ‘the future of Indian cinema’, she also added that she would love to work with such directors and they are the future of Indian cinema.

Apparently, she has even consulted a psychologist in Mumbai to play the role a mentally unstable person in ‘Awe’. She read up about mental disorder and discovered how mentally disturbed people appear normal on the surface.
