Junior artist Sunitha Boya

took to protest outside the Film Chamber of Commerce in Hyderabad against

producer Bunny Vasu

and production house

Geetha Arts

(owned by top producer Allu Aravind) for cheating her.

She reportedly locked herself in front of the office for a while to bring attention to the dearth of roles for her in Telugu films. After her protest, police took her into their custody to give counselling and then released her the same day.

The actress alleges that producer Bunny Vasu promises roles in his films. But some web platforms wrote that the producer sexually harassed her. She later took to her social media to explain what has happened. She made it clear that Bunny Vasu hasn't sexually harassed her, but he promised her roles under his production banner. She also added that she is a die-hard fan of Pawan Kalyan and she is a member of Janasena. However, it has been concluded that it was not a

casting couch issue

.

As such, Geetha Arts released a press note mentioning how she has demanded roles in films and how she troubles them.
However, Sunitha likewise blamed the production house and the producer for denying her giving characters in movies. She says that she will make it a big issue at the national and international level if her demands are not met.
