, die-hard fans and well-wishers will gather in at his burial site to pay tribute to him on the anniversary of his death. A charismatic actor-turned-politician, Nandamuri Taraka Rama Rao is fondly addressed as NTR by his supporters and followers. NTR was also honoured with the
Padma Shri in 1968 by the Government of India.
Unfortunately, on January 18, 1996, the legendary veteran actor passed away due to a heart attack. Jr NTR and others had gathered at the cemetery to pay tributes to the founder of
Telugu Desam Party and late Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister NT Rama Rao on his
