Jersey fame Shraddha Srinath turns into an entrepreneur; starts restaurant in Chennai

Kannada beauty Shraddha Srinath is going great guns in her professional space with consecutive successes across multiple languages. After making her Bollywood debut with Tigmanshu Dhulia’s Milan Talkies in 2019, the 28-year-old actress made her Tollywood debut the same year with Gautam Tinnanuri’s Jersey. As Nani’s wife Sara, she brought a lot of authenticity to the complex character and her performance in scenes like the confrontation with her husband or the tears that she holds back has earned wide acclaim from all corners.She also bagged accolades for her brilliant portrayal as Meera Krishnan in Nerkonda Paarvai.
On Sunday, Shraddha Srinath took to her social handle and announced that she is venturing into restaurant business. Partnering with her friends, she inaugurated her Salad Bar & Café at the Phoenix Market City in Chennai.

Introducing the eatery as ‘Chennai’s coolest new salad bar & cafe’, she wrote “To everyone that guessed restaurant - Yes! Maybe a little less than a restaurant but a little more than a cafe, definitely a LOT of good food... and simple.. and fresh. And in my journey towards a better relationship with food, i’m one step closer to a cleaner & healthier lifestyle, which makes this one👆🏼a little close to the heart.”
Before coming into films, Shraddha worked as a lawyer with a Bangalore-based real estate company and then moved to a French retail company as their real estate legal advisor. Besides the Telugu film Krishna And His Leela, she has a couple of Kannada and Tamil films in hand.
