With one film due for release, the 'Kutty' director plans to explore more about existing global social issues in the backdrop of rural India

From the director of Kutty fame (2001), which bagged two National Awards, two films after that, awaiting the release of Ohm Obama, after a seven-year hiatus after 'Kanavu Mei Pada Vaendum' in 2004, Janaki Viswanathan, is now gearing up for her foray in Hindi.
Confirming it she says, 'Titled tentatively as The Divine Goat, this Hindi film, a long time dream come true of mine, is a social satire, set in the backdrop of rural India, and will have Anshuman Jha of 'Love Sex Dhoka' fame, theatre actors Suruchi Aulakh, Faiz Khan, Yoshika Verma and some other actors from the late Habib Tanvir's Naya Theatre group.

With just a few things to be finalized, the film is going on floors from December.'
And when asked about the release of Ohm Obama, the director says, 'We are planning to launch its audio soon, and right now the producers are looking at it.' She is equally excited about Ohm Obama because, 'On Hilary Clinton's recent visit to India and Chennai and gave her a copy of the film, which she has She has promised to give to Obama,' she chuckles.
