‘Jamba Lakidi Pamba’ to release on June 14

The release date of Srinivasa Reddy starrer ‘Jamba Lakidi Pamba’ is finally here. The highly anticipated fantasy comedy will release on June 14. It is said that the film’s core concept was taken from a cult comedy classic ‘Jamba Lakidi Pamba’ (1993) to be originally directed by EVV Satyanarayana.
Helmed by JB Murali Krishna, ‘Jamba Lakidi Pamba’ (2018) tells the story of a married couple who behaves, speaks and dresses in a way characteristic of the opposite gender.Srinivasa Reddy is reportedly played the husband and Siddhi Idnani essayed his wife. The story revolves around their lives after the wedding.
‘Jamba Lakidi Pamba’ also stars Vennela Kishore, Posani Krishna Murali, Tanikella Bharani, Satyam Rajesh, Dhanraj, Raghu Babu, Jayaprakash Reddy, Shakalaka Shankar, Hari Teja and Sudha. The film has music by Gopi Sundar. The reboot is apparently not the continuation of the earlier film as the story is different from the original version.
