As reported earlier, Vishwaksen’s Pan-India movie ‘Dhamki’ has postponed indefinitely now another Telugu film has been pushed further. If reports are to be believed, ‘Shaakuntalam’ starring
Samantha Ruth Prabhu has been delayed for an indefinite period. The makers also have officially announced it through their social media handle.
The makers released a statement that reads,'' We regret to inform our beloved audience that we would not be able to release ‘Shaakuntalam’ this 17th of February.
We will be announcing the Release date soon. Thank you for your continued support and love."

Samantha plays the title role while Dev Mohan will be seen as King Dushyanta of the Puru Dynasty along with Mohan Babu, Jisshu Sengupta, Madhoo, Gautami, Aditi Balan and Ananya Nagalla in the supporting roles. The film was supposed to release on the 17th of Feb as announced by its makers; now it is further pushed indefinitely due to the CG and other 3D work.
