Pawan Kalyan has announced that he's going to support BJP in the upcoming general elections. Over the past few days, rumours have been doing rounds that Pawan Kalyan is going to meet the BJP Prime Ministerial candidate,
Narendra Modi to talk about an alliance between BJP and
Jana Sena Party, which he founded earlier this month.
Earlier today, Pawan Kalyan indeed met Narendra Modi and extended his full support to Modi and BJP.
Speaking to the press, he said, "I am here to give solidarity and support to Mr. Narendra Modi. Our country needs the leadership of Modi. I have met him and discussed what Telugu states needs when Modi becomes prime minister. I am not a politician. I am not here for power. I came here for the well-being of Telugu people. I have explained how badly the state is divided. He understood our problem. My party will support Narendra Modi."
The news comes as a major shot in the arm for both BJP and TDP in the two states, which have been moving heaven and earth to get back to power. Meanwhile, the news from Jana Sena Party office is that Pawan Kalyan will be addressing a massive gathering in Vizag later this month and he's working on a speech, which will reportedly knock everyone off their feet.
