and Ketika Sharma’s action entertainer Lakshya has been wrapped up and the movie team is now gearing up for its release. After a long schedule, the team has finally finished the shoot and post-production works are currently underway in full swing.
Taking to his social media handle after wrapping up the film, Naga Shaurya wrote, "Anddd ! Its A WRAP. #Lakshya. Shooting Target Achieved. The journey is memorable. Targeting to hit your Hearts in Theatres Soon (sic)."


Directed by Dheerendra Santhosh Jagarlapudi, Lakshya is said to be the first film in India that is based on ancient archery. The actor has stunningly transformed himself into the role of an archer with ripped muscles and toned eight-pack abs. The film will also feature Jagapathi Babu in an important role, while Kaala Bhairava is the film's music composer. Lakshya is slated to hit screens on October 1.
Meanwhile, Naga Shaurya is also acting in Varudu Kaavalenu opposite Ritu Varma, in the direction of debutant Lakshmi Sowjanya. After wrapping up that project, Shaurya will start another untitled film with Aneesh Krishna, in which singer Shirley Setia has been roped in as the female lead.
