According to a report by M9 News, the film is reportedly based on the tale of Bakasurudu, a mythological figure from Hindu mythology. The title 'Baka' is being considered, which aligns well with the theme of the story. Prabhas is said to play a role with a slight negative flair, which is something different from his earlier roles. Production has not yet begun due to Prabhas' busy schedule with other films like 'Fauji' and 'Spirit.'.

While specific details about the storyline are yet-to-be known, the film will have mythological themes. Varma was highly praised for blending mythology with modern storytelling, as seen in his 2023 film.

Prabhas has a packed lineup of films. His horror-comedy drama, 'The Raja Saab,' the plot of the film revolves around a young man who sets his eyes on his ancestral property to alleviate a financial crisis. However, he soon discovers that the mansion is haunted by a vengeful spirit.

He will be working on a film rumored to be titled 'Fauji,' directed by Hanu Raghavapudi, and 'Spirit,' which will be directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga.

Additionally, Prabhas is expected to work on sequels to 'Salaar' and 'Kalki 2898 AD,' though no official announcements have been made yet.

Speaking of his upcoming film, 'The Raja Saab,' there's buzz that the movie is expected to be delayed. The film's release has been postponed due to production delays and the need to complete four songs and the climax. Initially scheduled for April 10, 2025, the new release date remains uncertain.
