In the latest development, rumours suggest that Devi Sri Prasad has been replaced from composing the background music.

Devi Sri Prasad, who composed the hit soundtrack for the first instalment, has reportedly been replaced for the background score due to delays in delivering his work. The filmmakers are now considering S Thaman to provide an alternate score. Despite this change, it has been indicated that both composers will receive credit for their contributions.

Directed by Sukumar, 'Pushpa 2' continues the gripping saga of Pushpa Raj, a red sandalwood smuggler portrayed by Allu Arjun. The sequel promises to delve deeper into Pushpa's character, showcasing his evolution as a family man while maintaining his fierce "never bowing" attitude.
