“Being from a Telugu family, my husband Rajeev, and I, with my Malayali background, create a hybrid experience. We celebrate both Kerala festivals like Vishu and Onam, as well as Telugu festivals like Deepavali, finding a harmonious balance between the two cultures,” says Suma who grew up in the Railway Quarters in Mettuguda, Secunderabad.
