I am super excited about my Tollywood debut: Kashika Kapoor

TV actor Kashika Kapoor is on a roll. She is all set to make her Tollywood debut now with the upcoming film titled 'True Love.' The film will also star debutant Hrithik Saurya alongside Kashika Kapoor. The shooting for 'True Love' is likely to begin soon.
ETimes Telugu recently had the chance to have an exclusive chat with Kashika Kapoor, who plays the role of Nishita in her debut film.Hrithik Saurya will be seen essaying the role named Shivam. Kashika is part of a couple of other films, and 'True Love' is her first Telugu film!
Expressing her gratitude, Kashika Kapoor says, ''I am super excited about this project. The South Indian film industry is exactly where I want to be. I’ve also learned the Telugu language for my film once I got my script in hand, and I love exploring new languages and learning new things. My character in the film is something different from the rest of the characters that you guys have seen me play in my various projects. I feel at home with my producer, co-star, director, stylist and all of them. They’re all lovely people, and they feel like family. Having people like this around you who’re so Kind and nice hearted makes it an even better atmosphere for me to work in.''
''My co-star Hrithik Saurya is a lovely actor too, and I can’t wait for you guys to see the magic that we create through our hard work and our versatile nature. Nishita and Shivam’s love, action and suspense story is one of a kind, and you will see that in theatres in 2022. Our film will be going on board this year itself. I fell in love with the script as soon as the director narrated it to me the first time, it’s a very decent character and a lovely role,'' she added.
The actress is currently occupied with readings, workshops and diction classes. Based on love, action and suspense, the film is being helmed by Prabhakar Alige. It will be bankrolled by Flicknine Films banner.
