Sailesh Kolanu who broke on to the Tollywood scene with Vishwak Sen’s HIT is now on a hiring spree as he is looking for assistant directors to work on his next project.
Sailesh Kolanu found quite a few applicants who approached him. He interviewed a few of the several aspiring filmmakers over video call. After finishing the interviews, he took to social media and wrote, “It was a pleasure interviewing all you guys. So much passion, zeal and enthusiasm. I wish nothing but success for all you guys. It's unfortunate that only a few will be hired from this lot. I wish I could hire all of you :) You will hear from my team about the result of this interview in about 10 days or so. Don't be disappointed if you do not get through. It doesn't mean you are not good enough. It simply means what I am looking for and what you are bringing to the table did not match. I am willing to keep in touch with all of you if you need guidance. Trust me you will crack it. It's a matter of time. Also, I will keep the profiles of all interesting candidates with me and also pass it on to other directors if they are looking to hire. is a thriller which narrates the story of a missing woman. This movie was produced by actor Nani in Telugu and turned out to be a super hit film.
