Prabhas' ‘Adipurush’ is all set to hit theatres on June 16, and there are huge expectations for the film. Actors are coming forward in order to support the film, and several are also lending their hands to fund movie tickets for the poor and needy. To make it sound straight, there is a huge buzz for a huge film.
Therefore, in order to make the most of it, producers
Vamsi Krishna Reddy and Vivet have reportedly met Andhra Pradesh CM YS Jagan Mohan Reddy and requested a hike in ticket prices.
And the makers are reportedly making changes to its prices very carefully without getting too greedy for money.
In a calculated move, the makers have requested a hike of over Rs 50 in multiplexes and single screens, whereas in Telangana, the makers have reportedly requested the government to hike Rs 50 only in single screens and no further hike in multiplexes.
The producers are hopeful that they will receive the necessary hike for their movie and anticipate that the government will shortly make the announcement.
If the newly orchestrated prices come into practise, ‘Adipurush’ will reportedly become one of the Top 10 best opening films of the year and is prone to breaking several box office records among the films that are released this year.
