Chiranjeevi in Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy
Uyyalawada Narasimha Reddy is one of the fierce Indian freedom fighters. While many movies have been made on his life and several actors have portrayed him onscreen, Mega Star Chiranjeevi played a convincing Narasimha Reddy, thus giving us an insight of the fighter's life and fight for the nation's freedom. He sported long hair and big moustache to get into the character. The Surender Reddy directed film was highly acclaimed by critics and audiences.

Allu Arjun in Naa Peru Surya Naa Illu India
Allu Arjun plays the role of Indian army soldier Surya who dreams of being posted at the Line of Control (LOC) is being accused of anger management issues. He dedicates his life to fight for the nation wins in the war. He played along with an ensemble cast of Arjun Sarja, Anu Emmanuel, R Sarathkumar, Thakur Anoop Singh and Boman Irani. His performance was promising, and the audience got to know how the soldiers of our nation have to face the life and death situation every day.

Mahesh Babu in Sarileru Neekevvaru
Mahesh Babu played the role of Major Ajay Krishna in the film. His character fought for the nation till his last breath, thus showing us what the soldiers at the border do for us. Directed by Anil Ravipudi, the film evokes patriotism, and we get to see the patriotic side of Mahesh Babu in the movie. The film was received well by the audiences for its theme and Mahesh’s stirring performance. The film had music by Devi Sri Prasad, and all the songs became super hits.

Adivi Sesh in Goodachari
Goodachari is one of the best Telugu films portraying the love for the nation. Adivi Sesh plays the role of a RAW agent, who is implicated in a plot to kill two RAW officers, has been declared a wanted terrorist. He finally wins over the allegations that are levied on him. It’s an action drama with suspense that’s tactically narrated by the director Sashi Kiran Tikka. If you are a fan of the patriotic genre, you should never miss this film.

Venkatesh in Subhash Chandra Bose
Well, Victory Venkatesh's Subhash Chandra Bose is one of the best and underrated films and so is his performance in the movie. He plays the dual role, Subash Chandra Bose alias Chandram and Ashok in this K Raghavendra Rao directed film. Inspired by the life of Indian freedom fighter Subhas Chandra Bose, the film touches the emotional chord of every person and shows what it means to be patriotic in real sense. Despite the critical acclaim, the film fell flat at the box-office.
And since its Independence Day today, it was the perfect opportunity to celebrate the auspicious occasion. Happy Independence Day, everyone!
