Happy Birthday is written and directed by Ritesh Rana and features Lavanya Tripathi, Naresh Agastya, Satya, and Vennela Kishore. The film’s music is composed by Music director Keeravani's son Kaala Bhairava. The film is said to be set in a fantasy world, where Union minister Rithwik Sodhi passes a new gun law in the Indian Parliament that liberalizes the manufacture and sale of firearms and what happens in the country from then on due to Gun Culture. Lavanya Tripathi plays the role of ‘Happy 340’, Naresh Agastya as Lucky, Satya as Max Pain, and others in other important roles.
