Happy Birthday Nagarjuna: The actor and Kajal Aggarwal's film titled The Ghost

Praveen Sattaru’s Nagarjuna Akkineni and Kajal Aggarwal starrer has been titled

The Ghost

and the

first-look

was released on the actor’s

birthday

on August 29.

Unlocking the ‘surprise’ on social media, Kajal shared the

poster

and wrote, “Unlocking the surprise. Presenting the much awaited Title poster of KING @iamnagarjuna's #TheGhost. Wishing you, a very Happy Birthday! @PraveenSattaru #NarayanDasNarang #RamMohanRao @AsianSuniel @sharrath_marar @SVCLLP @nseplofficial #HBDKingNagarjuna. (sic)”


The first-look sees

Nagarjuna

dressed in a hooded jacket with a sword in his hand as his foes are seen bowing down to him. The backdrop is formed by Big Ben in London. It hints that he plays a vigilante while the working still Kajal previously shared hints at her playing a police officer. Sources state that she has a meaty role in the film, a character she has never played before.


Gul Panag and Anikha Surendran have also been roped in to play key roles in the film that’s currently being shot in Hyderabad. Narayan Das K Narang, Puskur Ram Mohan Rao, and Sharrath Marar are producing the film on Sree Venkateshwara Cinemas LLP and Northstar Entertainment Banners. Mukesh G is the cinematographer, Brahma Kadali the art director, with Robin Subbu and Nabha Master on stunts. The filmmakers are yet to reveal who will compose the music. Further details are awaited.
