The handsome hunk Mahesh was born to Krishna Ghattamaneni, an actor by profession and Indira Devi, a homemaker.He has four siblings. They are Ramesh Babu, Manjula, Padmavathi and Priyadarshini. Mahesh is the fourth child. Before making his career in Tollywood films, Mahesh first appeared in his actor father films as a child artist.
