Actor Gopichand's next with director
Binu Subramanyam
has been launched by the makers back in March. Now, the actor has started shooting for the film in Hyderabad. The makers took to Twitter to share the news. The film marks the first collaboration between
Gopichand
and Binu Subramanyam, who is also apparently in Hyderabad for the film's shoot.
"New beginnings with a brand new story...Thrilled to announce our next project with Macho Star @YoursGopichand. An action-adventure film directed by debutant #BinuSubramanyam. #SatishKurup handles the camera. Music composed by Mani Sharma. Shoot started. #SVCC26", the tweet reads.
Kajal Aggarwal is expected to be playing the female lead. However, sources say the makers haven't yet taken a final call on heroin for the project. If there is any truth to these rumours, then the film marks the first time collaboration of Gopichand and Kajal. Rest of the cast and crews details will be revealed soon.
BVSN Prasad
will bankroll the project under his home banner Sri Venkateswara Cine Chitra, which had earlier produced Sahasam, starring Gopichand.
Satish Kurup, who has predominantly worked in the Malayalam industry as the director of photography, is going to debut in Telugu industry with this film. Touted to be an action-adventure, the untitled film has music by Mani Sharma.
