Telugu actor Gopichand’s upcoming film is officially titled ‘BharataVarsha - Saga of Shula’. Directed by Sankalp, the movie is an intense action thriller set in a glorious ancient era.
‘BharataVarsha’ poster revealed
The makers recently announced the name of his 33rd movie and shared a small glimpse on social media. It gave a first look into the film’s world. Before this, the movie was called Gopichand33. Now, with the new title, the excitement has grown. The team says the story will bring back a forgotten part of Indian history. It will mix action, emotion, and scale. They captioned the post as, “An age of glory… A land of legends… A story buried in time… Now… it rises.”
Cast of ‘BharataVarsha’
Along with Gopichand, many actors are part of the film. Ritu Varma plays an important role. The cast also includes Vinod Kumar, Gavi Chahal, Thanikela Bharani, Rakesh Varre, Bharath Reddy, Chatrapathi Sekhar, Ravi Varma, Kishor, Karthikeya, and Madhumani.
The film has music by Anudeep Dev. Soundar Rajan S is handling the camera work. Chota K Prasad is the editor. The dialogues are written by Tilak Nimmala.
The makers have not shared the release date yet. But the film is already getting attention because of its theme and scale. Fans are waiting to see more updates soon.
Gopichand’s last film
Speaking of his work front, Gopichand was last seen in ‘Viswam’. Directed by Sreenu Vaitla, it told the story of an officer who acts like a taxi driver to protect a young girl. The film had action, emotion, and comedy. It got mixed reviews and had an average run. Now, with ‘BharataVarsha’, Gopichand is coming with a very different and bigger story.
