Gopichand and Tamannaah to team up for 'Tiger Zinda Hai' Telugu remake?

Bollywood's blockbuster hit of 2017, 'Tiger Zinda Hai' will now be remade into Telugu with Gopichand in the lead. The actor will reportedly reprise the role of Salman Khan in the film. Tamannaah Bhatia has reportedly been roped in for playing the leading lady opposite Gopichand in the film. She will be seen playing a spy as Katrina Kaif did in the original film. However, there is no official confirmation on the same.
Gopichand was last seen in 'Pantham', which was directed by Chakravarthy Reddy. Considered as an average performer at the box office, the film starred Mehreen Pirzada as the female lead. Tamannaah Bhatia is basking on the stupendous success of 'F2-Fun and Frustration', starring Venkatesh, Varun Tej and Mehreen.
On the work front, Tamannaah is awaiting the release of her next 'That Is Mahalaxmi', the official remake of Hindi hit film 'Queen'.
'Tiger Zinda Hai' was directed by Ali Abbas Zafar. Vishal Shekhar had composed music for the film. The Salman Khan starrer has reportedly garnered a whopping Rs 565 crore at the global box office.
