'Godfather' director says his film's screenplay is very tight and will surprise the audience even if you have watched the original

Tomorrow Tollywood will see two biggest film releases happening in Telugu states from two senior actors. Megastar Chiranjeevi’s ‘God Father’ directed by Mohan Raja and King Nagarjuna’s ‘The Ghost’ helmed by Praveen Sattaru, both will be locking horns at the box office on a festive day.

Tomorrow Tollywood will see two big films locking horns at the box office from two senior actors. Megastar Chiranjeevi’s ‘God Father’ directed by Mohan Raja and King Nagarjuna’s ‘The Ghost’ helmed by Praveen Sattaru, both are released on the same day coinciding with the Vijaya Dashami.
Both films have huge expectations and the makers of both films are leaving no stone unturned as far as their promotions are considered.

However, if Godfather is a remake of the Malayalam superhit 'Lucifer'. Nagarjuna's 'The Ghost' is a straight and new film.
Director Mohan Raja who interacted with the media yesterday says, though his film is an adaptation of the superhit Malayalam movie, they have made enough changes to suit the Telugu audience and the screenplay is pretty new, tight, and will surprise the audience for sure.
A few characters that are not part of the original version will be seen in the Telugu version, while in the original if Mohanlal has 50 mins of screen presence, the Telugu version will see Megastar for more than 2 hours.
Even the audiences who have watched the original ‘Lucifer’ will get thrilled seeing the Telugu version says its director Mohan Raja.
‘God Father’ is a political action-thriller film that also stars Salman Khan, Nayanthara, Puri Jagannadh, and Satyadev Kancharana playing other important roles in it. The film was shot by Nirav Shah while its music was composed by S Thaman that is getting released tomorrow coinciding with Vijayadashami.
