A film on the India-Pakistan war of 1971, 'Ghazi' has Rana in the role of Lieutenant Commander Arjun Varma, who is on a classified mission. It's a gripping tale on how the Indian Navy manages to destroy the Pak submarine PNS Ghazi, off the Vizag coast. It is a one-of-its-kind movie and is a milestone in the genre of war drama in Indian cinema.
Kay Kay Menon stole the show while the other actors including Rana and Atul Kulkarni delivered praiseworthy performances.
