Global Star Ram Charan's much-awaited film 'Peddi,' directed by 'Uppena' fame Buchi Babu Sana, has officially begun shooting for one of its biggest sequences. The announcement came on the auspicious occasion of Ganesh Chaturthi, with the makers revealing that the team shared festive wishes.

The makers revealed that the high-energy introduction track will feature multiple background dancers, marking it as one of the most ambitious sequences in recent Telugu cinema. The shoot is currently underway in Mysore, with popular choreographer Jani Master overseeing the steps.

About 'Peddi'
'Peddi' is a sports drama film that is expected to revolve around a spirited villager (played by Ram Charan) who unites his community through sports to defend their pride against a powerful rival. Ram Charan's look features a rugged, intense avatar with a rustic vibe, including a nose ring, an unkempt beard, and he is often seen with a cricket bat.
The film also stars Bollywood diva Janhvi Kapoor as the female lead opposite Ram Charan, while acclaimed actors like Divyenndu, Shiva Rajkumar, and Jagapathi Babu will be seen in pivotal roles.
The film's music is being composed by Oscar-winning maestro AR Rahman.
