‘Double iSmart’ is a Telugu sci-fi action sequel of 2019 film ‘iSmart Shankar’. In the film, Ram Pothineni's character, iSmart Shankar, clashes with Sanjay Dutt's villainous role, The Big Bull, a crime lord seeking immortality via memory transfer. In ‘Double iSmart’, Dutt brings his signature menacing presence to the role, creating a powerful face-off with Ram Pothineni's character.
