Popular fitness trainer
Lloyd Stevens
who has worked with Bollywood big guns like Hrithik Roshan and Ranveer Singh has teamed up with
Junior NTR for the latter’s ripped look in the 2018 film Aravinda Sametha Veera Raghava. Impressed with his dedication and professionalism, SS Rajamouli roped in the Zimbabwean coach to train
NTR for the lead role of
Komaram Bheem
in the upcoming period actioner ‘
RRR
’ (Roudram Ranam Rudhiram).
In January itself, Lloyd Stevens took to his social handle and mentioned that Tarak’s training for RRR has been completed. He also said that the latter’s look will certainly blow away everyone. As the Nandamuri scion is celebrating his 37th birthday on Wednesday (May 20), Stevens took to his Twitter account on Tuesday and promised to reveal a special treat for NTR’s fans. Maybe, a workout clip of Tarak prepping up for the role might be unveiled tomorrow.
The other day, the makers of RRR have issued a statement on social media expressing their inability to release the first look video of NTR on his birthday. The actor too shared a heartfelt note on Twitter, consoling his fans and requesting them to wait a bit longer for a quality output.
Set against the pre-independence era of the 1920s, RRR (Roudram Ranam Rudhiram) is a fictitious story based on two legendary freedom fighters, Alluri Seetharamaraju and Komaram Bheem. While
Ram Charan is playing the younger version of the former, Junior NTR will be seen as the latter. Besides
Alia Bhatt, Ajay Devgn and Samuthirakani, the period actioner features several foreign actors like Olivia Morris, Alison Doody and Ray Stevenson in pivotal roles. The massive multi-starrer is scheduled for a massive release on January 8, 2021.
