In less than five years since her game-changing debut as the ravishing Malar in ‘Premam’, Sai Pallavi created a niche for herself in South cinema by choosing meaningful roles in content-driven films. After being the muse in Alphonse Puthren’s flick, she displayed her charm in Sameer Thahir’s Kali as the calm and composed Anjali. Surprising everyone by taking a break at a crucial juncture to pursue her MBBS, Pallavi returned to the glamour arena with Sekhar Kammula’s Telugu film ‘Fidaa’ in 2017. She bagged glowing praises for her brilliant portrayal as Bhanumati and stole the show completely with her arresting screen-presence.

Despite hailing from a non-filmy background, the talented starlet worked her way into the top courtesy her flawless emoting skills and ability to pick solid scripts. While pursuing her MBBS in Tbilisi, the PPLM diva received a call from director Alphonse Putharen who requested her to play Malar’s role in ‘Premam’. At first, she doubted whether it was a filmmaker or stalker. After frequent discussions, the natural beauty finally signed the dotted line and finished her shooting parts during holidays. Speaking about ‘Premam’, Sai Pallavi stated that she was very much nervous about her looks and skin tone. However, the director convinced the debutante belle and instilled confidence in her. Nivin Pauly also helped her in pronouncing the dialogues in Malayalam.

After wrapping up her professional education in Georgia, Sai Pallavi returned to India and started to shoot for her maiden Telugu film with sensitive director Sekhar Kammula. Titled ‘Fidaa’, the romantic comedy released to an overwhelming response from the viewers both in the Telugu states and the US. With a refreshing screen-presence and dazzling performance, the ravishing belle stole the show as the headstrong Bhanumati and nailed it with her Telangana accent. Her emoting skills are flawless, to say the least, and she successfully managed to bag big opportunities in the coming days.

Sai Pallavi is a hot cake at the present moment and filmmakers from all languages are craving to cast her as the leading lady. After romancing Nani in MCA and delivering a fantastic show in ‘Padi Padi Leche Manasu’, the beautiful actress is presently playing the female lead opposite Suriya in NGK.
