Dulquer Salmaan would be staging a comeback with a Telugu flick, sources say. According to the sources, it is an apt project for him, and the role has been tailor-made. The film will be directed by
Hanu Raghavapudi of Padi Padi Leche Manasu fame and produced by a well-known production banner.

Nag Ashwin went on to fetch the film several prestigious awards including
National Film Award
for Best Feature Film in Telugu, Best Actress and Best Costume Design, South Indian International Movie Awards and Filmfare Awards South. Having worked in Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu and Hindi movies, Dulquer has been honoured with various awards in his long career spanning well nearly a decade.
Dulquer Salmaan was last seen in the dubbing film Kanulu Kanulu Dochayante directed by Design Periyasamy. Telugu actor Ritu Varma was paired opposite him and Rakshan, Niranjani Ahathian, Gautham Vasudev Menon, and Anish Kuruvilla have essayed supporting roles. Harshavardhan Rameshwar has composed music for this flick while cinematography and editing are handled by KM Bhaskaran and Praveen Anthony respectively.
