Dhruva's pre-release function was a blast

Hundreds of fans thronged the grounds of Yousufguda Police Lines where Dhruva's pre-release function was to begin on Sunday evening. The excitement and the anticipation was palpable as the crowd waited to catch a glimpse of the Mega Power Star, Ram Charan.
Anchor Suma, who kick started the event, observed, 'It's been years since such a big film function took place.' Then came a mesmerising musical act by Kerala artiste Stephen Devasi, who set the tempo for the energetic music and dance performances that were to follow. The highlight of the evening, however, was the unveiling of the music video of the song Pareshanura, featuring a seductive Rakul.
While the video received a booming applause, the guests couldn't stop raving about Arvind Swamy's evergreen looks. Although Chiranjeevi couldn't attend the event, there was surprise awaiting the the Mega fans. The show ended with the announcement of

Khaidi No 150

's teaser, which will release along with the film.

Nannagaru will set a standard with Khaidi, we have to match up
Every person in the industry works hard for every movie they do and we did so too for this movie. And believe me when I say that none of us ever differentiate between movies. The bar has to only be set higher and higher. Now that Nannagaru is coming back to the industry with Khaidi, he's will be setting a new golden standard again. And I am sure that we all have to work much harder to match up to that.

Dhruva is a movie that I was glad to work in because of the character I play. I'm happy that the team trusted me with Ishika's role. And working with Ram Charan was another plus, I've always said he's my favourite costar. He's like a child at heart and such a dedicated person. I'm very proud of you, Charan, for choosing this film and bringing this to the Telugu audience. I hope that Dhruva is a big hit. And last but not the least, naa meeda intha prema ichinanduku chala thanks. Nenu birth tho Punjabi avvochu. Kani meelo oka Telugu ammai la gurthundali ani korukuntunnanu.

I loved the Chiru Dosa!
Andariki namaskaram, mee andaru chupinche prema abhimananiki chala chala thanks. To me the journey is more important than the result. And I would like to thank the entire team of Dhruva for making this journey memorable. They all made this journey very memorable for me. While doing a remake there are two ways to go ' one is the easy way to make it as is, the other is what Surender garu chose. He worked at improving certain segments of the original while still respecting it. And I believe, he made the right choices. Ram Charan too interpreted the character in his own way. We are all excited about the film and I'm personally excited for Ram Charan. But one of the really exciting highlights my journey with this film has been the 'Chiru Dosa' ' Chiranjeevi's steam dosa!

It's Not easy when your Dad is Megastar and Babai is power star
Charan and of course his father Chiranjeevi are both my very dear friends. Despite being the Megastar, Chiranjeevi is pure at heart, a wonderful person. And that reflects in Charan's upbringing. It's not easy to when your father is a Mega Star and when your babai is a Power Star, and you're dubbed Mega Power Star. Charan has put in a lot of effort to keep up that name. Charan was born on the 9th, this is his 9th film and the movie is releasing on the 9th. It will be a hit for sure.
