The announcement of Srikanth Odela's marriage was made by none other than popular actor Nani, who took to Twitter to share a heartfelt message and a picture of the newly married couple. Nani expressed his joy and sent his love and blessings to Srikanth and his bride.

Interestingly, Srikanth Odela's marriage was not a love affair or a result of a long courtship; rather, it was an arranged marriage orchestrated by the elders. However, there is an intriguing backstory behind this union. The bride happens to be the sister of Srikanth's friend named Shiva. The connection between Srikanth and his wife was accidental, arising from the professional setting of their lives.

During his early days as an assistant director, Srikanth used to deposit his earnings into his friends' bank accounts. One day, one of his friends approached him with a proposal to marry Shiva's sister. Srikanth responded with openness, stating that he had no objection if Shiva and his family were agreeable. Despite the differences in their castes, their friends played a crucial role in mediating between the families and convincing them to embrace this unique alliance. Eventually, Srikanth and his wife tied the knot in Godavarikhani, surrounded by their loved ones.

Srikanth Odela's directorial debut, 'Dasara,' shattered box office records by crossing the coveted Rs. 100 crore mark. The film released on March 30 and emerged as one of the biggest hits in Tollywood in 2023. The movie not only catapulted Srikanth's career but also became a significant milestone in actor Nani's filmography, marking his highest-grossing film to date.
