'Darja' pre-release event: Anasuya Bharadwaj apologises to the team for her absence from promotions

The makers of Anasuya Bharadwaj-starrer ‘Darja’ held a pre-release event on Tuesday and the entire cast and crew attended the event, which was witnessed by a euphoric set of audience.
Anasuya Bhardwaj discussed her experience working for the film. She made a sensation with her ferocious speech. She started off her speech by expressing gratitude for the film industry bigwigs.
''I would like to thank Allu Aravind garu, Venkatesh garu and Suresh Babu garu Raghavendra Rao garu. I apologise to the Darja team as I could not participate in the promotions of this movie. Due to the lockdown and personal work, I caused a lot of trouble for the team of this film. There are two reasons why I agree with this movie. One is Prabhu garu and the other is Shakeel garu. I didn't think Shakeel was a music director. I thought he was a producer because he took care of everything during the shoot. I am very happy to be part of a film under PSS Entertainments banner. Kamineni Srinivasa Rao garu Buchi garu was very supportive,'' Anasuya said.

While talking about her role in the film, Anasuya said, ''I play the role of Kanakam in Darja. There are many talented actors in this movie. For the first time in my career, I did action sequences in a film. I performed stunts wearing a saree. They tried with me to scare the opponents. Please encourage the team of Darja and please come to theatres to watch our film.''

'Darja' also stars Sunil, Sireesha Nulu, Aqsa Khan, Shammu, Sameer, RJ Hemanth, Aamani, Shankalaka Shankar and others in key roles. The technical crew also includes Rap Rock Shakeel as the music director, Darshan as the Director of Photography, and MR Varma as the editor. The film directed by Saleem Malik and produced by Siva Shankar Paidipati under the banner of PSS Entertainments banner is all set to hit the screens on July 22, 2022.
