’, directed by Arivazhagan Venkatachalam, will hit the theatres on May 18, as per reports. The film is about the investigation of a priest’s murder and the disappearance of a woman. The Tamil version of the movie was released on March 3, 2017, and declared as a profitable venture at the box-office.The Telugu version is bankrolled by Dharmi Reddy and Randi Shankar Rao. Arun Vijay and Mahima Nambiar have played the leading roles in the film. Vijayakumar, Vamsi Krishna, Thambi Ramaiah, Aravind Akash, Amit Bharghav, Abhinaya, Suja Varunee, Misha Ghoshal and Neelima Rani, Kalyani Natarajan, K. S. G. Venkatesh, Meera Krishnan and Stunt Silva form the rest of the cast.Vishal Chandrasekhar is the music composer of the film which has cinematography by KM Bhaskaran. Bhuvan Srinivasan has edited the film. Touted to be an action-entertainer, ‘Crime 23’ is the second Telugu film for Arun Vijay after ‘Bruce Lee’, starring Ram Charan and Rakul Preet Singh in lead roles.
