Chiranjeevi's superhit 'Hitler' to re-release on THIS date

Telugu megastar Chiranjeevi's iconic film 'Hitler', originally released in 1997, is set for a grand re-release as a New Year treat for fans. Directed by Muthyala Subbaiah, this film marked a significant comeback for Chiranjeevi after a year-long hiatus from action films following two box office flops.

As per a report in 123Telugu, the movie is set to re-release on January 1, 2025.

The plot of 'Hitler' centers around Madhava Rao, a hot-tempered man known for his fierce protectiveness over his five sisters. His strict discipline and overbearing nature earn him the nickname 'Hitler' in his small town. However, conflicts arise when his maternal uncle Aadi Seshu disrupts marriage plans for the family, leading to misunderstandings and betrayals that deepen the rift within the family. He later uncovers the truth behind the troubles caused by Aadi Seshu and the Rudraraju brothers, ultimately confronting them to protect his loved ones.

'Hitler' not only revived his career but also enjoyed a successful 100-day theatrical run, solidifying its status as a classic in Telugu cinema.

Chiranjeevi stars as Madhava Rao, with Rajendra Prasad portraying Balu and Rambha playing Bujji. The film also features notable actors such as Dasari Narayana Rao as Madhava's father, Rami Reddy as Rudraraju, and Prakash Raj as Chinna. The ensemble cast includes Ponnambalam, Brahmanandam, Babu Mohan, Sudhakar, Ali in a cameo role, and Kitty as Aadi Seshu.

On the professional front, the megastar is currently working on his upcoming mega-socio movie, 'Vishwambhara', which is in the production stage. The movie is set to have extensive and high-quality VFX and visuals making it one of the biggest projects the actor is working on.
