Nithiin’s next film with director
Chandra Sekhar Yeleti was launched by Acharya director
Koratala Siva
on Thursday evening.
It gives an insight into the story and announces that the film will be named, Check. Sharing it Koratala Siva wished the team good luck and wrote, “Happy and delighted to launch the title and pre look launch of my favourite director #ChandraSekharYeleti and @actor_nithiin’s movie. Wishing all the best to #BhavyaCreations.” (sic) In the pre-look of Check, Nithiin can be seen in a rough look, seemingly playing a prisoner with handcuffs on. A chess-board and barbed wire on the poster hint at the film being a prison drama.
Chandra Sekhar Yeleti is known for making edgy films like Aithe, Anukokunda Oka Roju, Prayanam and more. The collaboration between Nithiin and the director was announced in June last year, with pictures from the movie’s launch seeing
Priya Prakash Varrier also present. She will be one of the film’s leading ladies along with
Rakul Preet Singh.
MM Keeravani
will be composing the music for the film.
Apart from this Nithiin has several other exciting projects lined up in the form of Venky Atluri’s
Rang De
with Keerthy Suresh and the Telugu remake of Bollywood hit
Andhadhun
by Merlapaka Gandhi with Nabha Natesh and Tamannaah Bhatia. He will also be seen in a film by Krishna Chaitanya and a film called
Power Peta
by Sriram Raghavan. Nithiin was last seen in Venky Kudumula’s Bheeshma with Rashmika Mandanna after a long break. The film had received good response upon release.
