Cheating case filed against Jeevitha Rajashekhar?

If the

Tollywood

film circle reports are to go by, the star couple has reportedly cheated the producer for a whopping sum of Rs 26 Crores. The Jyo Star Enterprises founder

Koteswara Raju

and his wife have reportedly filed a case against

Jeevitha Rajashekhar

for the same. They also happened to be the producers of Rajasekhar's superhit 'Garuda Vega' movie.

Rajasekhar and

Jeevitha Rajasekhar

are reported to have taken finance of Rs 26 Crores by guaranteeing their properties. But now the star couple has reportedly transferred the above properties to a new name and sold it, without clearing their debts. The producers who have lent the money state that they have all the documents, cheques and promissory notes given to them by the star couple and therefore they're moving legally.

A number of cases have reportedly been filed against Jeevitha and Rajasekhar such as cheque bounce cases, and cheating cases amongst others. The Nagari court has also reportedly issued a

Non-Bailable Warrant

against the star couple.

However, Jeevitha's advocate states that Rajasekhar is unwell due to some health issues. Therefore the court has postponed the case to hearing on May 5th. Jeevitha and Rajasekhar are yet to respond to the above allegations.
