On the work front, Regina Cassandra was recently seen in a special song alongside megastar Chiranjeevi in Acharya. She was seen essaying the role of legendary dancer Mrinalini Sarabhai in the web series 'Rocket Boys'. She played the leading lady opposite Rana Daggubati in the recently released period action drama '1945'.

'Saakini Dhaakini'
. Directed by
Sudheer Varma, the film is an official remake of the Korean action-thriller 'Midnight Runners', which is the narrative of two students at a police academy and how they bust a gang of human traffickers. She is sharing screen space with Nivetha Thomas in the investigative thriller, which is being bankrolled by Suresh Productions, while helmed by Sudheer Varma.
