Bulletproof security for Mahesh Babu at Sarileru Neekevvaru sets. Here is what happened!

After scoring back-to-back superhits with Bharat Ane Nenu and Maharshi, Mahesh Babu has decided to go for a complete action entertainer and deliver a festive treat for all his fans. Teaming up with successful director Anil Ravipudi, the 44-year-old actor’s forthcoming film Sarileru Neekevvaru is on the verge of completion and at present, the shooting is taking place at the green town of Pollachi.Along with Mahesh, Rashmika Mandanna, Rao Ramesh and Sangeetha are taking part in the shoot.
Meanwhile, it’s already evident that the initial schedule of Sarileru Neekevvaru has been shot at the Pahalgam–Srinagar border road in Kashmir. The makers had to obtain special permission from the central government to shoot some crucial portions in the sensitive border area.
According to reports, a bulletproof security vehicle of the Indian Army has been allocated to Mahesh for his transport. Besides this, the permission for shooting was only between 5 am to 10 am owing to security reasons. The schedule was wrapped up before the abrogation of Article 370.
Starring the Superstar as Army Major Ajay Krishna, Sarileru Neekevvaru features Rashmika Mandanna as the leading lady and veteran actress Vijayashanti in a pivotal role. Slated for a release on Sankranthi 2020, the Devi Sri Prasad musical is jointly bankrolled by Anil Sunkara, Dil Raju and Mahesh Babu.
