Brochevarevaru Ra movie review highlights: Vivek Athreya's second film is a delight!

After delivering a subtle romance with Mental Madhilo, director Vivek Athreya returns with a wacky crime comedy Brochevarevaru Ra starring a long list of actors like Sree Vishnu, Nivetha Thomas, Satya Dev, Nivetha Pethuraj, Rahul Ramakrishna and Priyadarshi with equally wacky music by Vivek Sagar.

Vishal (Satya Dev) is an aspiring director narrating his film to the star of his dreams Shalini (Nivetha Pethuraj). The duo work on the script for days and grow to trust each other enough for the actress to help the director when in need. On the other hand are the failing students, the R3 batch consisting of Rahul (Sree Vishnu), Rocky (Priyadarshi) and Rambo (Rahul Ramakrishna) who struggle to pass their inter exams since years. They take the spunky new student named Mithra (Nivetha Thomas), who happens to be the principal's daughter, into the fold. When Mithra expresses her desire to change her life for the better and take control of it, the R3 batch decide to help her out.

The first half of the film has its slow moments but the film keeps you guessing about where it's going despite the simple story. Devoid of cliché and with a stupendous interval bang which sees Vishal's world collide with the R3 bath's, it remains to be seen if Vivek Athreya can pull off this tale!
