"Panchatantram" is a genuine collection of five heartfelt stories where the writing, acting, and technical aspects come together to create a realistic drama," as described in a review.

This Telugu action thriller film that tells the story of a coal mine person based in Singareni Coal mines of Godavarikhani, Telangana tries to explore the hardships of Coal mine workers, daily life and struggles that feature Nani and Keerthy Suresh in a romantic relationship amid all these that is being directed by debutant Srikanth Odela and the film is gearing up to release on 30th of March.

This Telugu rebellion film that tells the fictional story of two real-life Indian revolutionaries Alluri Sitarama Raju (AP) and Komaram Bheem (Telangana) was well portrayed about the meaningful friendship between two warriors and their joint fight against the British Raj. NTR plays the character of Telangana tribal and his accept and dialogues are well written in the Telangana dialect. The film is directed by SS.Rajamouli starring JrNTR and Ram Charan in the lead roles has gone on to bag 2 oscar awards for its song ‘Naatu Naatu’.

This is yet another Telugu film that goes by a Hindi title and the film is set in rural Telangana and tries to tell the love-hate relationship between a strong-minded Telangana village girl (Sai Pallavi) and an NRI from the US who Indian links. Be it the songs, dialogues and traditions every thing was clearly shown as in Telangana in this film.

This Telugu biographical action drama film based on the life of prominent Telangana ruler, who ruled Kakatiya Dynasty is written and directed by Gunasekhar featuring Anushka Shetty in the titular role as Rudramadevi alongside an ensemble star cast from Tollywood such as Rana Daggubati, Allu Arjun, Krishnam Raju, Prakash Raj and more depicts the olden days of this region, language and culture.

This 2011 Telugu period action film written and directed by V.Vijayendra Prasd is inspired by Razakar Movement of Telangana and especially by the freedom fighter Suddala Hanmanthu. The film explores the patriotism of its people in the past against their exploitation by the Nizams and other cruel people of his times. MM. Keeravani composed the music for this film that has Nagarjuna playing the lead role.

This is about yet another festival grandly celebrated only in Telangana and the movie starred Sindhu Tolani, Goreti Venkanna, Vijaya Bhaskar and many more. The film is written and directed by T Prabhakar that was also released all across Andhra Pradesh.

This film tells the story of a widow who gives birth to two girl twins who are named 'Sammakka and Sarakka' her grandmother and tells the history of their tribal goddesses who laid their lives for the sake of tribal prosperity in the Telangana region.

This action drama film by Dasari Narayana Rao is based on a woman’s rebellion in Telangana, The movie tells the story of innocent Telangana women and their exploitation where pretty and young girls are marked as lower caste/Dalits and taking them for a ride under the Patwari System.
