Brahmanandam to play Justice Balwanth Chowdhary in Jathi Ratnalu

It has been quite long since Teluguites caught a glimpse of the iconic comedian Brahmanandam on the silver screen. On his 65th birthday, the lead actor from Jathi Ratnalu Naveen Polishetty announced that Brahmanandam will make an appearance in Jathi Ratnalu as Justice Balwanth Chowdhary.
Naveen Polishetty took to Twitter and wrote, “Happy birthday sir. Here is a surprise. You guys will love Brahmanandam Garu in #JathiRatnalu as Justice Balwanth Chowdhary.Are you guys ready for March 11th first day first show”(sic). Brahmanandam’s fans are already eager to watch his comic scenes on big screen.

Meanwhile, Jathi Ratnalu starring Naveen Polisetty, Priyadarshi and Rahul Ramakrishna is all set to hit screens on March 11. Actor Naveen Polishetty who scored a blockbuster with his last film Agent Sai Srinivasa Athreya tweeted, “Mallesh Malhotra suits ready aa? Ee Shiva ratri ki #JathiRatnalu releasing in theatres on March 11th. Grapes watermelon patukoni vacheyandi. Non stop laughter awaits you. Om Namah Shivay”(sic). (Are Mallesh Malhotra suits ready? As Jathi Rathnalu is hitting screens on March 11, please come with grapes and watermelon.) The film is directed by Anudeep KV and Mahanati director Nag Ashwin is producing this flick. Actress Fariya Abdullah is playing the female lead in this film.
