,200 overseas theatres, claiming that this was the biggest overseas release for a Telugu film after the second wave of coronavirus.


The theatrical trailer of 'Bangarraju', which was released a couple of days ago, gives a glimpse at the supernatural elements in the movie. Introducing Naga Chaitanya as the playboy of the village, Ramya Krishna and Nagarjuna play his parents in the movie. They seem to have passed away, but watch their son from heaven, protecting him from a few problems.

, which has been directed by Kalyan Krishna Kurasala, also stars Ramya Krishna, Kriti Shetty, Rao Ramesh, Brahmaji, Vennela Kishore, Jhansi, Rohini, Praveen and Govind Padmasoorya. It has music by Anup Rubens and cinematography J Yuvaraj, Vijay Vardhan K is on board as the editor. Zee Studios and Annapurna Studios Pvt Ltd have jointly produced 'Bangarraju', which is slated for release on January 14.
